Rolando Rosales

Rolando Rosales is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in design and quality engineering. Currently serving as a Sr. Associate Mechanical Design Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since March 2021, Rolando has previously held positions at Harris Corporation as a Mechanical Design Engineer Intern and at Pratt & Whitney as a Quality Engineer Intern, where contributions included designing tooling for space flight structures and enhancing efficiency through SAP training. Additionally, engagement with the Solar Energy Research Racing Team involved significant redesign efforts for the suspension system of Puerto Rico's only solar car. Rolando holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and is pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at Penn State University, accompanied by a minor in Project Management.
