Shihkai Ni

Shihkai Ni is a highly experienced Lead Antenna Engineer at L3Harris Technologies since August 2025. Previous roles include Antenna Engineer at Quintel from December 2014 to July 2025, where responsibilities involved the design and development of mobile telephone base station antenna systems, and Developing Characterization Engineer at IBM from February 2013 to December 2014, focusing on data analysis for yield improvement and diagnosing process shifts. Shihkai completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering at the University of Rochester between 2008 and 2013, while also engaging in research on silicon laser projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Product Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd. and an RD Engineer at SmartAnt Telecom Co., Ltd., with a strong background in mechanical and electrical engineering, including degrees from National Tsing Hua University.
