Shreyas Shah

Shreyas Shah is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Executive Director of Engineering & Technology at L3Harris Technologies since August 2018. In this role, Shreyas leads a global team of over 750 engineers to deliver advanced software and mission-critical communications solutions for the Air Traffic Management industry, overseeing full product development and life-cycle management for a significant P&L. Prior experience includes multiple leadership positions at GE Transportation, a Wabtec company, where Shreyas directed software engineering and product management initiatives for railway systems, and began a career at Larsen & Toubro Limited as a Graduate Engineer.
