Todd Ovard

Todd Ovard is an experienced Project Engineer and Business Area Chief Engineer specializing in Commercial Space Internet Programs and Air Force projects at L3Harris Technologies since August 2019. Previously, Todd served as the Acting Director of Systems Engineering for U.S. Army Projects and has held various positions, including Sr. Manager and Managing Engineer, at L3 Technologies from November 2003 to August 2019. Todd began his career as the Warehouse Manager at Galaxie Lighting from 2000 to 2003. Academically, Todd holds a Master of Science in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Arizona State University, an Advanced Systems Engineering Certificate from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Utah.
