Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional in the fields of nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, a company focused on organic body care products, Mariana has also held the role of Compliance Officer Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous entrepreneurial experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and work as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana has contributed to education as a university lecturer for courses in applied mathematics and the history of food at a labor training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
