Katinka Najar serves as the Global Marketing Director at L:A BRUKET since March 2024, leading global marketing efforts for the Swedish natural wellbeing beauty brand. Prior to this role, Katinka held the position of Beauty Global Ecommerce & Digital Business Director at PUIG from September 2021 to April 2023, where responsibilities included defining the Direct-to-Consumer strategy for Paco Rabanne Fragrance and overseeing digital team operations. Katinka was also the Chief Marketing Officer at ZEWAY from July 2020 to September 2021, focusing on brand identity and marketing strategies for the e-scooter brand. Additional experience includes positions at The Estée Lauder Companies, Capgemini Consulting, Swarovski, Christie's, and Chanel, showcasing a strong background in consumer engagement and digital marketing. Katinka Najar obtained a degree from HEC Paris and has a Master's from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
