Rachel Harter

Rachel Harter, Ed.D., currently serves as a teacher for Kindergarten and 1st Grade at La Cañada Unified School District since 2015. Previously, Rachel taught 4th and 5th Grades at Maimonides Academy/Yeshivat Rambam from 2014 to 2015 and 2nd and 3rd Grades at Glendale Unified School District from 2010 to 2014. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Early Childhood Education from American College of Education (2020-2023), a Master of Education in Education Administration from California State University, Northridge (2013-2015), a Multiple Subject K-8 Teaching Credential with CLAD from California State University San Marcos (2009-2010), and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from California State University San Marcos (2005-2009).
