Jonathan Chaplowe

Jonathan Chaplowe has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jonathan started their career in 2006 as the Director of HR at Hyatt Regency DFW International Airport, where they focused on employee retention and community outreach projects. Jonathan then worked as the Regional Director of People and Culture at The Joule and Lumen Hotels, where they successfully restructured the HR function and increased employee satisfaction. Jonathan later joined Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center as the Director of Human Resources, where they led the opening team for a new-build hotel and conference center and achieved the top-ranked hotel in College Station.
