Lydia Thom

Lydia Thom is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in human resources. Lydia currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources and Training at La Capitol Federal Credit Union. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Amedisys as a Sr Employee Relations Consultant and HR Business Partner. With a background in finance and human resources management, Lydia has also held roles at Associated Grocers and Baton Rouge General Medical Center. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Southeastern Louisiana University.
