Currently serving as the Regional Corporate Sales Manager for V&E Hospitality Group since April 2019, Fabiana oversees multiple restaurant brands across notable locations, including Espanola Way, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, Collins Ave, Washington Ave, Pembroke Pines, Brickell, Coral Gables, and Las Vegas. Previous roles include Regional Sales Manager at Yard House Restaurants and Area Sales Manager for Texas de Brazil, where Fabiana focused on group sales and marketing initiatives. Additional experience extends to managerial positions in various restaurants, including Toro Toro, where exceptional service and operational excellence were prioritized. Holding a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from UCLA, Fabiana possesses strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, supporting a commitment to maximizing revenue and enhancing guest experiences.
