Joyce Rivera Martinez is an experienced professional in the hospitality and tourism sectors, currently serving as General Manager at V&E Restaurant Group since July 2018, with prior roles as Assistant Manager and Floor Manager. Joyce also held the position of Kitchen Manager at Kura Sushi USA from November 2020 to March 2021 and contributed to the opening team as Floor Manager from April 2016 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes working as a Tour Guide and Japanese language interpreter at H.I.S. and Cuseko Travel from 2013 to 2016. Joyce holds multiple degrees from the University of Havana, specializing in Japanese Language and Literature, as well as certifications in French and English Language and Literature from various educational institutions.
