Srdan Strmsek is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant and hotel management. Currently serving as General Manager at both V&E Restaurant Group and Mayfair House Hotel and Garden since November 2022 and July 2022, respectively, Srdan has demonstrated strong leadership skills in high-pressure environments. Srdan also holds the position of Assistant General Manager at Chica by Lorena Garcia since December 2020 and has previously worked as Assistant General Manager and Bar Manager at Olivia Restaurant At CIRC. Additional experience includes roles at Hotel Circ as Head Bartender, Nexxt Cafe as Bartender/Server, Blue Water Grill as Manager, and Villa Bermet as Manager. Srdan holds a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Sport and Physical Education, completed in 2014.
