Rachel Kalinsky

Rachel Kalinsky has a diverse range of work experiences. Rachel is currently employed at La Colombe Coffee Roasters as the CPG Strategy & Operations Director. Prior to this role, they held positions at La Colombe as the CPG Strategy & Operations Senior Manager and CPG Strategy & Operations Manager. Rachel also has experience in finance, working as a Private Equity Analyst at NewSpring Capital and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rachel gained additional finance experience through summer internships at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Rachel's early career includes roles at Nittany Lion Fund, LLC as an Associate Fund Manager in the Consumer Discretionary Sector. Rachel also held leadership positions in various organizations including Penn State Sapphire Leadership Academic Program and Penn State Investment Association. Rachel's professional journey started with a marketing communications internship at The Communication Solutions Group, Inc. Rachel has also taken part in the Wall Street Boot Camp.

Rachel Kalinsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Central Bucks High School South from 2011 to 2014.
