Luz Gonzalez

Luz Gonzalez is an experienced professional in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at La Concha Resort since January 2018, Luz has also held various roles at La Concha A Renaissance Resort, including Associate Director of Sales and Senior Group Sales Manager, focusing on East Coast incentive and corporate groups as well as the entertainment market. Prior experience includes the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Sheraton Convention Center, Puerto Rico, and multiple roles at La Concha A Renaissance Resort and Courtyard by Marriott Isla Verde Beach Resort. Luz holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotels & Restaurants Management from the University of Puerto Rico-Carolina, earned between 2004 and 2007.
