Kirstin Oates has over 25 years of experience in human resources and administrative roles, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at La Costa Glen Carlsbad since November 2001. Previous positions at La Costa Glen include Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Recruiter, and Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and Human Resources Director.
