Lindsey Lovelady-Boyce has a diverse range of experience in the Human Resources field. Starting from 2008, they worked as an HR Business Manager at Vintage Senior Living at The Wellington, where they managed the HR department and provided employee support. Then, from 2011 to 2012, they worked as an HR Generalist at Canon USA, handling various HR tasks for the company's western region. After that, from 2012 to 2013, they served as an HR/Office Manager at Precision Pump & Machine - KSB, Inc., managing HR functions and administrative support. From 2013 to 2016, Lindsey worked as a Benefits Specialist at Valley Strong Credit Union, looking after benefit and retirement programs. Lindsey then moved on to become an HR Operations Manager at ECG Management Consultants from 2016 to 2023, where they managed HR operations for over 300 employees in the healthcare consulting industry. Currently, Lindsey is working as a Human Resources Director at La Costa Glen Carlsbad since 2023.
Lindsey Lovelady-Boyce began their education at San Diego State University in 2005 and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In 2012, they enrolled at UC Irvine and completed a Certificate in Human Resources Management in 2015.
