Christopher Pailma serves as the Chief Data Officer at the LA County Office of the CIO, a position held since August 2022. Christopher's extensive experience also includes significant roles at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk from September 2004 to June 2018, where Christopher progressed from Senior Application Developer to IT Manager II. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton, and completed the Executive Leadership Development Program at USC Sol Price School of Public Policy.
