Stephen Conrad

Stephen Conrad has extensive work experience in human resources. Stephen worked as the Human Resources Director at La Crosse County starting in April 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at The TJX Companies, Inc., including HR and AVP Director Human Resources, from 2000 to April 2020.

Stephen Conrad graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1993. In the same year, they also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature at La Universidad Complutense Madrid in Spain. Later, in 2017, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Strayer University.
