Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana runs an online store specializing in organic products for personal and environmental care. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also has experience as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer from August 2016 to August 2017, teaching applied mathematics for nutrition and the history of food.
