Montse Riol

Montse Riol is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Directora IT at La Fageda since June 2020. Prior to this role, Montse was the IT Manager at Energy Tools Consulting, SL, where responsibilities included leading the internal IT team and developing the EBO platform. Montse's earlier experience includes a project team leader position at Seidor, managing significant SAP projects for Grupo Lecta and Casa Tarradellas, and a long tenure at HIPRA in the Office of the CIO, where Montse focused on aligning IT with business needs during a phase of expansion. Montse's career began with software development roles at Ajuntament d'Olot and Caixa Girona while pursuing academic studies. Montse holds an MBA from thePower and a postgraduate degree in New Technologies and Systems Management from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with degrees in computer management from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and Universitat de Girona.
