Josanna MacCracken

Josanna MacCracken is a dedicated Child and Teen Psychotherapist in private practice at Friendly Monsters Therapy since October 2018, specializing in psychodynamic and psychoanalytically-informed therapy for children, adolescents, and families. Additionally, Josanna serves as a Staff Therapist at La Familia Counseling Service, bringing a wealth of experience from previous roles including Mental Health Clinician at Tiburcio Vásquez Health Center, Marriage and Family Therapist Intern/School Counselor at Holden High School, and various positions focused on counseling and program management for diverse populations. Josanna holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the California College of the Arts, along with ongoing education at The Lacan School and Shambhala - International Meditation Centers.
