La Familia
Nicole Mendoza is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in educational support and case management. Currently serving as a Care Coordination Navigator for La Familia, Nicole focuses on assisting Alameda Alliance members aged 0-24 in accessing vital resources through the Enhanced Care Management program. Nicole previously held the role of Lead Case Manager, where responsibilities included developing training materials and monitoring grant Key Point Indicators. In addition to practical experience, Nicole is a Teaching Assistant at Northeastern University, supporting over 140 students in economics courses. Past roles also include Student Teaching Assistant at Mills College, where assistance was provided to over 160 students, and a Resident Assistant, creating inclusive community spaces. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Mills College.
