Mon N. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. They started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center as a Senior Associate/Associate, where they developed and maintained relationships with clients and managed engagement status. They then worked at AIG Credit Card Company Philippines as a Financial Reporting and Control Officer, responsible for preparing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting policies. After that, Mon N. worked at Pepsi-Cola Products Philippines as a Planning and Reporting Analyst, handling financial planning, reporting, and analysis. They then joined McDonald's Philippines as a Restaurant Accounting Consultant, Assistant Manager, and eventually Manager of Management Services, where they were responsible for financial analysis, audits, and preparing management reports. Mon N. then moved on to Mazars in Philippines as a Finance Manager, overseeing accounting, financial planning, and reporting for four companies. Currently, Mon N. is the Head of Finance at La Filipina Uy Gongco Group of Companies, where they direct and coordinate financial activities, assist with budgeting, and control the company's financial system.

Mon N. pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from De La Salle University, which was completed between 1996 and 1999. Mon N. also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA), achieving 60 units towards the degree at De La Salle University starting from 2005.
