Chiasia M. has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Chiasia began their career at SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union in 2001 and held various roles, including Fraud Investigator and Branch Manager. In 2013, they transitioned into a senior leadership role, overseeing operations across 52 locations. Chiasia focused on developing strong teams and fostering excellent workplace cultures. In 2019, they joined University Credit Union as the Chief Experience Officer, where they further enhanced employee growth and performance. In 2023, Chiasia moved to LA Financial as the Chief Retail Experience Officer. Additionally, they pursued post-doctoral studies during this time.
Chiasia M. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2009. Chiasia then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at Brandman University from 2012 to 2015. In 2011, they obtained an HR Certification from National University. Currently, Chiasia is working towards obtaining a Doctorate in Business Administration Research Projects at California Intercontinental University, with an expected completion date in 2022.

LA Financial Credit Union was founded in 1937 in order to provide LA County employees with a safe, convenient place to save as well as to borrow - a financial institution dedicated to their best interest. We now offer our services to everyone who lives, works, worships, volunteers, or attends school in Los Angeles County, California and Lake Havasu City, Arizona. Unlike banks, every member is a co-owner - there are no stockholders. We provide competitive rates on savings and loans, and free or low-fee services to our members. We also proudly serve the Lake Havasu City community through Havasu Community Credit Union. Havasu Community Credit Union (a division of LA Financial Federal Credit Union) is the only existing credit union in the city of Lake Havasu.
