Philippe Saby has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly at La Folie Douce Méribel, where roles have included Chef de rang since December 2017, as well as multiple previous positions such as Chef de rang, Manager Assistant, and Serveur en salle since 2011. Philippe has also served as Restaurant Manager at Le bar de la plage from May to October 2016. Education was received at Nantes Université.
