Velisario Monterroso Castillo

Velisario Monterroso Castillo is an experienced soccer coach currently serving as the Assistant Girl’s Varsity Coach at La Habra High School and as a Youth Development Coach for LA Galaxy, where skills enhancement for young participants is a primary focus. Monterroso Castillo has a diverse coaching background, including roles at AUTOBAHN SOCCER CLUB as a Club Soccer Coach and at Animo Leadership High School as a Junior Varsity Soccer Coach and Assistant Varsity Coach, emphasizing player fitness and tactical strategies. Additionally, as an Assistant Women Soccer Coach at Los Angeles Harbor College, support was provided to develop a robust college soccer program. Previous coaching experience includes work with Challenger Sports, coupled with a background in photography through VisualsbyVeli and Lifetouch Portrait Studios. Monterroso Castillo holds a Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science from the University of California, Merced.
