Brian Reardon

Brian Reardon is a highly skilled scientific professional with extensive experience in bioinformatics and molecular biology. Currently serving as a Scientific Curator at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology since August 2019, Brian previously held the position of Bioinformatics Analyst III at the J. Craig Venter Institute, where the development of web-based genomic tools and automated workflows was directed. Brian's research background encompasses roles as Assistant Project Scientist at UCSD School of Medicine, Postdoctoral Fellow at Genentech, and roles at Exelixis and Axys Pharmaceuticals, focusing on functional genomics, cancer research, and epigenetic studies. Brian holds a Ph.D. from Cornell University and a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Maine.
