Kalin Nehrenz is an experienced professional with a strong background in research finance and nonprofit leadership. Currently serving as a Research Finance Analyst at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology since April 2022, Kalin manages principal investigator portfolios, monitors grants, and ensures timely closeout of funding. Kalin is also the founder of the Hope Rose Project, dedicated to supporting hard-to-adopt canines. Previous roles include Admissions Advisor II at 2U, Behaviorist/Trainer at Camp Bow Wow Phoenix, Executive Director at LOVEPUP FOUNDATION, and Digital Specialist at Make-A-Wish America. Kalin holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Arizona State University.
