Martina Dicker, Ph.D. is currently an Instructor at La Jolla Institute for Immunology, where Martina conducts research on ulcerative colitis in mice and inflammation associated with IBD. Martina's work also involves investigating how epithelial HVEM regulates mucosal immunity and colitis. Prior to their current position, Martina was a Graduate Fellow in Molecular Biology at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna (BOKU) and worked as a research assistant at various institutions. Martina holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from BOKU and has a background in Biological Chemistry and Nutrition Science.
