Michael Talbott

Michael Talbott has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michael has held various roles in IT infrastructure and support. From 2008 to the present, they have worked at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology, first as a Tech Support Specialist and later progressing to more senior positions such as Systems Administrator and Senior Systems Administrator. Currently, they serve as the Director of IT Infrastructure and HPC Technologies. Before working at the Institute, Michael was a self-employed Independent Business Owner from 2003 to 2008. Prior to that, they worked at CompUSA as a Lead Technician from 2001 to 2003, and at Jerry's Computer Room as a Technician from 1999 to 2001.

Michael Talbott obtained a Specialized Certificate in C/C++ Programing from UC San Diego Extended Studies. Michael also earned a Professional Certificate in Life Sciences Information Technology from the same institution. Furthermore, they completed an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Mathematics from San Diego City College.
