Alison Forbes

Alison Forbes, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at La Macchia Group since April 2024. With a diverse background, Alison has extensive experience in human resources, having previously held positions as Human Resources Manager at Masterson Foods and Sid Grinker Restoration, and as a Human Resources Specialist. Additionally, Alison has a long-standing career as a performer, working as a freelance actor and singer since August 2005. Earlier experience includes roles as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and Sales Associate at Shorewest, REALTORS®. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from the University of Minnesota and is pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
