Donald Mathews

Donald Mathews, MSCS, currently serves as a Full-Stack Developer / Programmer Analyst II at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) since March 2023, where responsibilities include optimizing web applications, implementing software using JIRA agile methodologies, and collaborating with research teams on Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) software. With extensive experience in the culinary sector as a Line Cook and Kitchen Manager at First Watch Restaurants since January 2016 and as a Team Leader at La Madeleine, Donald has demonstrated strong training and communication skills.
