Beatrice Fernandez

Beatrice Fernandez has served as La Maestra’s Chief Human Resources Officer since 2015 and has more than 15 years of administrative experience. Ms. Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Business Management with minors in Human Resources and Child Development. Previous to La Maestra, Beatrice worked for the San Diego Unified and National School districts. Ms. Fernandez is bilingual and bicultural in English and Spanish.
