Andrea Rennie, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Andrea is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at La Marzocco starting from April 2023.
Prior to this, Andrea worked at The Partners Group from 2019 to 2023. Andrea initially held the role of HR & Operations Manager, where they quickly became a trusted subject matter expert on employee and Covid-related issues. Andrea led recruiting efforts across TPG North and managed day-to-day operations. Andrea was then promoted to the role of Director of HR & Operations, where they took on end-to-end responsibilities as the only HR representative in the Bellevue office. Andrea also served as a key member of the company's leadership team, overseeing administrative staff and facilities.
Before joining The Partners Group, Andrea worked at All Classical Portland 89.9 from 2007 to 2018. Andrea held multiple roles during their tenure, starting as a Development Associate from August 2007 to September 2008. Andrea then served as an Executive Assistant from October 2008 to June 2014, before eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer from July 2014 to June 2018.

Andrea Rennie, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Business with a minor in Marketing, which they obtained from Washington State University between 2003 and 2006. In 2011, Andrea pursued further education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Nonprofit Management from the University of Portland, which they completed in 2013. Additionally, Andrea obtained certification as a SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional) from SHRM in February 2021.
