Pooja Bhaskar

Pooja Bhaskar is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in global social media strategy, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Social Media at LA MER since January 2025. Prior to this role, Pooja held positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. where responsibilities included driving TikTok Shop growth and leading social activations for makeup and fragrance launches. Pooja also served as Manager of Social Media Strategy, playing a key role in launching Global TikTok, achieving significant brand recall and purchase intent. Earlier experience includes roles at Coty as Assistant Social Media/Digital Manager, MILLY as Content and Social Media Coordinator, and Women's Wear Daily as Social Media Manager. Pooja holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising from Virginia Commonwealth University.
