Valeria Betiana Flores

Valeria Betiana Flores is currently the Manager of the Cordoba Region at La Nueva Ruta del Empleo. Prior to this, they served as the Responsable de recursos humanos at Fundación Inclusión Social from May 2012 to June 2013. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating activities and tasks related to the Provisioning process: identification of vacancies, profile building, recruitment channels, preliminary interviews, email and announcement writing, interviews with applicants. Valeria also worked on activities related to the VIII and IX International Work Culture Congresses of the NGO.

From May 2017 to March 2019, Valeria Betiana Flores served as the Director of proyecto at Comisión Vecinal de Participación Ciudadana. In this role, they were responsible for Radio Nuevo Poeta, an effective tool for promoting and disseminating news, events, and activities developed from the Commission of Participación Ciudadana. The broadcasts of the Contagiados Program and the publications of the informational bulletin (printed) support this.

Valeria Betiana Flores pursued a career in Human Resources, completing a degree at Colegio Universitario IES. Valeria then completed a diploma in Entrepreneurial Management (DGE) at Escuela de Negocios UES 21, with a focus in Information Technology Project Management. Finally, they became an Administrator of Human Resources at Centro de Estudios e Investigación en Comunicación Social, specializing in Public Relations/Image Management.
