Christina Ramirez is an experienced mixologist and bartender with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a bartender at Peychaud's and Doris Metropolitan since October 2022, Christina specializes in classic and craft cocktails while also enhancing cocktail menus. As the owner-operator of Murcié Mixology and Tutelage, Christina focuses on teaching advanced mixology techniques and guest experience. Additional roles include advanced mixology instructor at N.Y. Bartending School and bartender at La Pecora Bianca, where Christina curates seasonal cocktail menus. Previous positions include head bartender at SoBou and lead bartender at Tujague's Restaurant, where Christina was selected as one of five from a pool of 200 applicants.
