Daniel Katz is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in restaurant management and operations. Currently serving as the Executive General Manager at La Pecora Bianca since December 2019, Daniel has held multiple roles within the organization, including General Manager, Operations and Development, Assistant General Manager, and Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Make It Nice as Dining Room Manager, The Bombay Bread Bar and Paowalla as Assistant General Manager, and Shake Shack as Manager. Daniel's early career involved roles at Cornell University as Lead Teaching Assistant and internships at Hilton Worldwide and Union Square Hospitality Group. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Cornell University, completed in 2014.
