Edward Martinen

Edward Martinen is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist at LA Pine Community Health Center. Prior to this, Edward held similar roles at Republic Services, Bancorp Insurance Agency, and the City of Bend. Edward has experience in partnering with various departments such as the Fire Department, Police Department, and Engineering and Infrastructure Planning Department. Throughout their career, Edward has overseen talent management, implemented training programs, and has been involved in collective bargaining negotiations. Edward's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Training and Development from Idaho State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Communications from Southern Oregon University.
