Areski Dehloum has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and customer experience. Areski started their career as a Media Analyst at Havas Media in 2010 before moving on to work as a CRM Account Manager at Rosapark in 2011. In 2012, they joined Marcel Worldwide as a UX Designer and played a key role in expanding the agency's digital expertise. Areski then worked at BETC FULLSIX where they held multiple roles, including Senior UX Designer and Head of User & Customer Experience. Areski contributed to the development and deployment of a service design methodology within the agency and was involved in various projects using Agile methodology. Areski also shared their expertise as a Teacher at SKEMA Business School and CELSA Paris-Sorbonne, teaching Masters-level courses on UX Design and Design Thinking. Currently, they are serving as the Head of digital channels and acquisition for the B2B Communications department at La Poste Groupe.
Areski Dehloum obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Marketing from INSEEC Grande Ecole in the years 2007-2011. Areski then pursued a Master's degree in Human Sciences, Strategic Communication & Marketing from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne from 2011 to 2012. More recently, in 2019-2020, they earned an HEC Paris Executive Education Certificate in Digital Transformation from HEC Paris.
