Andrea de Francesco

Andrea De Francesco has a solid background in the cosmetics industry, with experience in various marketing and sales roles. Andrea started their career at Coty in 2017, where they worked their way up from Sales Specialist in Luxury Mainland China to Senior Marketing Manager for Travel Retail Europe. Andrea then moved on to La Prairie Switzerland in 2021, where they held the position of Regional Sales Manager before becoming Sales Director for Travel Retail Europe in 2023. Throughout their career, Andrea has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a strategic approach to driving business growth in the travel retail sector.

Andrea De Francesco completed a B.Sc. in Economics with a major in Finance at Università Bocconi from 2013 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued an M.Sc. in International Management through a Double Degree Program at both Università Bocconi and Fudan University from 2016 to 2019. Andrea also obtained various certifications in areas such as leadership, mentoring, negotiation, public speaking, marketing, and business intelligence from LinkedIn in 2019 and 2020.
