Joanna Rytwinska

Joanna Rytwinska is currently the Head of Regulatory Affairs at La Prairie Switzerland, a position held since February 2024. Previously, Joanna served as the Regulatory Affairs Manager for Travel Retail Worldwide at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from October 2019 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Travel Retail Regulatory Affairs team and managing stakeholder communications. Prior experience includes senior roles at Symrise AG, where Joanna coordinated the EAME Regulatory Affairs team, developed training plans, and ensured compliance for key FMCG clients. Joanna began a career at Unilever as a Senior Technical Management Specialist in Home & Personal Care. Joanna Rytwinska holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an International Baccalaureate from Frankfurt International School.
