Michael Arnold

Michael Arnold is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in business systems and SAP management. Currently serving as Senior Manager IT, Business Systems at La Prairie Switzerland since June 2019, responsibilities include managing SAP system requests for the US region and addressing EDI and IDOC issues with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Michael spent over 18 years at CHANEL as an SAP Solution Architect and EDI Manager, leading system integration projects and SAP Manufacturing module implementations. Earlier career experience includes roles as an SAP Developer and Mainframe Programmer at Hoffmann-La Roche and in the financial systems domain, respectively. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Information Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Montclair State University.
