Michela Crespini

Michela Crespini has extensive work experience in procurement and business development roles. Michela began at IFSTTAR as a Stager before moving on to Atlas Copco as a Product Specialist and later a Product Manager. Michela then transitioned to Sika as a Global Procurement Material Group Manager before joining La Prairie Switzerland. At La Prairie, they held various roles, such as Global Procurement Manager, Senior Global Procurement Manager, and ultimately, Head of Direct Procurement, where they were responsible for leading a team, analyzing global spend, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement compliance.

Michela Crespini completed their Italian secondary education at Liceo Classico Pigafetta from 1999 to 2004, focusing on central subjects related to literature. Michela then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering at Università degli Studi di Padova from 2004 to 2008, followed by a Master's degree in the same field from 2008 to 2011 at the same institution.
