Chris George began their career as an intern at Paine Webber, where they gained valuable knowledge of the financial services industry. Chris then moved on to manage a full-service restaurant at Garcia's Mexican Restaurants, overseeing daily operations and leading a team of over 50 employees. Chris then joined Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort as a bartender and was quickly promoted to supervisor. Chris also became part of the resort's Customer Loyalty team.
In 2002, Chris joined Hilton Hotels Corporation as a Revenue Analyst, using strategic pricing and inventory controls to maximize revenue for the rooms department. Chris introduced new concepts and practices in revenue management, including the use of technology for market research and adapting revenue management principles to golf course pricing.
Chris later joined the Greater Palm Springs Convention & Visitors Bureau as the Director of Digital Marketing, where they successfully launched three new websites and significantly increased website visitation and social media engagement.
Chris then returned to La Quinta Resort & Club as the Manager of Digital Marketing before taking on the role of Executive Director of Marketing. In this role, Chris led various initiatives, such as negotiating partnerships with exclusive brands and developing innovative online services. Chris also played a crucial role in driving occupancy and revenue during the pandemic by shifting to productions. Furthermore, Chris refreshed the branding and launched new marketing campaigns for La Quinta Resort Leasing and California Lifestyle Realty, resulting in significant market share and sales volume growth.
Chris later joined Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts as the Area Director of Marketing for Resorts, overseeing marketing efforts in multiple locations.

Chris George earned a Bachelor's Degree in Global Business with a concentration in International Financial Management from Arizona State University in 2002. Chris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Global Management and Leadership from the same university, which they completed in 2006.
