Dermot Connolly has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various leadership roles for over four decades. Currently, Connolly is the General Manager at La Quinta Resort & Club since May 2018, overseeing a full-service resort that features numerous recreational amenities. Prior to this, Connolly held the position of Managing Director at El Conquistador Golf Resort & Casino from May 2010 to July 2019, and at El Conquistador Resort from 2010 to May 2018. Additional management experience includes a tenure as General Manager at Rose Hall Resort & Spa from March 2003 to May 2010, and at Radisson Stepleton Plaza from 1999 to 2003, as well as various roles with Wyndham Hotels between 1991 and 1999. Dermot Connolly's educational background includes a degree from Shannon College of Hotel Management, completed in 1983.
