Ariel Bacal

Ariel Bacal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and business leadership. Currently serving as an Executive in Residence and Mentor at the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises since July 2023, Ariel also holds several key positions, including Director of Strategic Partnerships at Onebeat since August 2020, Chief Executive Officer at both Unleashed Consulting Co. and Health Club Marketing starting in January and September 2023 respectively, and Franchise Owner at YogaSix since June 2019. Ariel co-founded BLANX in April 2019 and has contributed op-ed pieces to Diario La República since June 2020. Previous experience includes ownership of Reindeer Footwear from January 2005 to April 2020, where Ariel managed one of the largest women’s shoe manufacturing units in Latin America. Ariel holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universidad de Los Andes.
