Ching Yin Mak currently serves as a Sales Executive at La Rose Noire since August 2023. Prior to this role, Ching Yin was a Marketing Executive at Lubuds F&B Group from July 2022 to June 2023, where responsibilities included managing over 10 outlet teams across various cuisines and enhancing sales performance through notable restaurant nominations. At Aqua Restaurant Group, from October 2021 to March 2022, Ching Yin collaborated with the Digital Marketing team on social media and email campaigns, while also assisting in marketing strategy implementation. Earlier experience includes a Food and Beverage Internship at Swiss Hotel Management School from August 2020 to January 2021 and a Front Office Trainee position at The Landmark Bangkok from February 2019 to August 2019. Ching Yin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Hospitality and Event Management from Swiss Hotel Management School, completed in 2021.
