Rosa Leung has extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager and previously as Operations Manager at La Rose Noire since July 2021. From August 2017 to July 2021, Rosa held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Four Seas Catering Company. Prior roles include Operations Manager at King Parrot Group from September 2009 to November 2016 and Sales Executive at Hotel Royal Garden between September 2007 and July 2009. Rosa Leung earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
