Julien Saulgrain is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology and mergers and acquisitions law. Currently serving as Managing Partner at blue HF since April 2010, Julien also holds the position of Ambassadeur SM40 at La Ruche since June 2016. Previous roles include serving as an Observer on the board of the AQT from 2008 to September 2012, and practicing as a Tech and M&A lawyer at McCarthy Tétrault from May 2005 to April 2010, as well as at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Paris from 2000 to 2003. Julien has also worked as a tech lawyer at Clifford Chance in Paris and completed a traineeship at Latham & Watkins and the French Supreme Court. Julien's educational background includes degrees in law from Université Paris V, McGill University, and Paris-Sud University, along with admission to both the Quebec and Paris Bars.
